監督者/ Supervisor

A renowned chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Supervisor/Assistant Manager for Precious Metals Account Management. The selected candidate will drive global business development, strengthen client relationships, support commercial operations, and identify new growth opportunities in the precious metals space.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse market trends, technology developments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
• Build knowledge across the business to support long-term commercial growth
• Promote precious metals services globally and generate new business leads
• Develop relationships with industrial clients, automotive manufacturers, and investment firms
• Present service offerings at client meetings, conferences, and trade events
• Coordinate pricing, trade execution, contracts, credit matters, quoting, onboarding, and client support with internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, mathematics, chemistry or engineering
• 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the PGM market
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers/partners
  ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local independent enterprises
• Knowledge of the precious metals markets or chemical catalyst industry
• Understanding of customer and market value chain
• Ability and willingness to travel
