監督者/ Supervisor

A renowned chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth with Japanese OEMs by managing customer relationships, supporting planning, coordinating development activities, and expanding business opportunities. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with EHS, compliance, antitrust, and code of conduct standards
• Support annual budget and long-term planning for Japanese OEM accounts
• Build relationships with key contacts in purchasing and development teams
• Coordinate technical meetings, project timelines, and sample delivery during development phases
• Lead cross-functional communication with global teams and production sites
• Expand business opportunities through regular customer engagement and strategic commercial planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering or related commercial/engineering fields)
• 3-5 years of combined experience in engineering, sales, business development, strategic marketing, or key account management in a global company of automotive / motorcycle industry
• Ability and willingness to trave locally and overseas
• Fluent level verbal and written Japanese and English
