電子化学品販売/ Electronic Chemical Sales
A multinational adhesive solutions company is looking for an Electronic Chemical Sales role. The selected applicant will drive sales and margin growth for assigned electronics products and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and margin targets for defined product and customer groups within the related supply chain
- Drive material spec-in from defined customers’ Japan design centres regardless of where sales are generated
- Collaborate with global teams to complete global OEM spec-in and provide timely customer support in Japan
- Execute short-, mid- and long-term strategies for assigned markets, customers, and products
- Develop short-, mid- and long-term account penetration plans
- Lead product positioning and selling activities
- Monitor actual versus planned PNS developments and implement countermeasures when gaps are identified
- Conduct market research to identify future growth opportunities and actively approach target accounts and segments
- Promote new products and provide customer training, technical support, supply services, and claim handling
- Manage specification and approval processes with direct and indirect customers
- Maintain regular communication and information exchange with counterparts in HQ and other countries
- Provide sales forecasts and periodic reports on business activities
- Implement effective pricing strategies
- Coordinate cross-border demand planning and forecasting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (engineering is preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in sales
- Knowledge of technical and sales
- Good Interpersonal skills and networking capabilities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Business level written and verbal English
