営業担当/ Sales Representative

A leading chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Representative. The selected applicant will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the business expansion of platinum-based products and related services.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with existing customers and manage daily business activities
• Prepare budget proposals and share with supervisor and PEM/UPMR
• Achieve assigned sales budget and targets
• Negotiate to close deals, including price payment conditions and delivery time, with support from supervisor and business units as necessary
• Manage credit and secure timely payments
• Manage weight account matters with customers to secure sufficient PGM for smooth production by PEM
• Optionally manage all potential PEM customers in the APAC region
• Compile market information to support efficient and logical sales approaches for existing and potential customers
• Conduct regular market research and market intelligence activities every six months
• Develop short-term and long-term sales approaches based on market intelligence and share with supervisor and PEM/UPMR/AGOSI to align and finalise strategy

Requirements:

• Experience in sales of technical products, applications, and services
• Solid knowledge in mechanical engineering
• Understanding of technical drawings
• Strong risk analysis and critical thinking skills
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in the glass industry or precious metals applications
