セールスエンジニア/ Sales Engineer
A foreign filtration solutions provider is looking for a Sales Engineer. The chosen applicant will manage assigned areas, markets, and customers to promote filtration and separation technologies and achieve sales and order targets. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned areas, markets, and customers to promote products and achieve sales and order targets
- Maximise sales growth and ROI by preparing and executing strategies and action plans
- Identify and develop new opportunities and deliver value proposition proposals aligned with strategic plans
- Formulate and agree on annual sales and order projections with the country sales manager
- Prepare accurate sales and order forecasts for the assigned area, markets, and customers
- Develop, update, and summarise action plans for regular sales reviews
- Organise daily activities in line with strategic action plans
- Support existing customers with channel partners to generate sales and achieve growth targets
- Conduct proactive customer visits to create opportunities and strengthen relationships
- Coordinate resolution of technical and commercial inquiries with local, regional, and global teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant industries
- Proven track record in sales of Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Automotive, and F&B related products, Japanese trading company, Distributor
- Practical knowledge of the Filtration business, Marketplace, and Filtration customers
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual Japanese and English
