シニアセールススペシャリスト/ Senior Sales Specialist
A global chemical company in is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist. This role focuses on account management, sales, and developing long-term business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts with new and existing customers and distributors to achieve sales targets
- Execute account plans, leading coordination with production, supply chain, CSR, and marketing teams to meet growth goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-selling prospects to optimise plant capacity
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer conflicts effectively
- Lead project execution and implement strategic initiatives with marketing
- Oversee value chain management from downstream end-users to upstream suppliers
- Document key developments and insights to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of commercial sales or account management experience in the chemical, plastics, or packaging industry
- Experience in leading functional groups or manage small projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level English
