CS＆セールスサポート アシスタントマネージャー/ CS & Sales Support Assistant Manager

A global materials science company is seeking an MG Customer Service & Sales Support Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and sales support through phone and email
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure customer service targets are met
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and processes
• Gain technical expertise in product applications and customer conversion methods
• Lead customer service and sales support staff to ensure effective team performance
• Process and coordinate customer orders, monitor availability, lead times, and delivery status
• Manage inventory levels of samples and report on inventory management programs
• Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and coordinate responses
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to streamline processes
• Provide backup support to the Distribution Centre Supervisor for day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Prior team management experience
• Knowledge of business processes linking customer orders, production planning, sales support, and delivery
• Skilled in MFGPro, Windows, Google, and Excel
• Exposure to Sales, Supply Chain, or Logistics is preferred
• Proficient in reading and written English (TOEIC 600+)
