セールスリーダー - パーソナルケア/ Sales Leader – Personal Care

A global chemical company is looking for a Sales Leader – Personal Care. The selected candidate will lead the sales and marketing strategy, focusing on strategic key accounts and innovation initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Japan Personal Care growth strategy and commercial action plans to achieve sales and profit objectives
• Lead and motivate the sales team through value selling, building up business to achieve targets
• Engage and support channels for business growth, providing training and technical support to sales teams
• Leverage internal resources to maximise sales force effectiveness and ensure successful order fulfilment
• Collaborate with ADE and R&D to identify market trends, develop new products, and differentiate in the market
• Drive innovation programs with the right value propositions and gather market intelligence to adapt strategies in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical, Biochemical, Cosmetics, or related field
• More than 7 years of experience in the Personal Care industry with a proven record in business leadership, innovation, and channel management
• Experience in hiring, coaching, and motivating teams
• Strong customer network, application formulation, and ingredient knowledge
• Familiarity with silicone or natural products
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid MBA or other relevant qualification
• Fluent level written and verbal English
