A multinational specialty chemicals manufacturer is looking for a Specialties Sales Manager. The selected applicant will be driving sales of the specialty catalyst portfolio, focusing on hydrogenation businesses and new account development.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Specialties catalyst portfolio
- Expand competitive position and ensure market participation
- Focus on hydrogenation businesses and develop new accounts and projects
- Manage the complete sales process, including acquisition, bid proposal, contract negotiations, and after-sales services
- Maintain customer relationships and acquire new clients through technical and commercial meetings
- Support after-sales service, including technical feedback delivery and handling of customer claims
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
- Practical experience in catalysts technologies or B2B Speciality sales
- Knowledge in Business Management is ideal
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Business level English
