An international chemical distributor is looking for an Account Manager. The chosen applicant for this position will be responsible for overseeing product sales and promotional activities within specific market segments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with new and current customers
• Open business opportunities
• Ensure effective internal and external communications
• Develop sustainable key customer relationships
• Produce comprehensive sales and gross margin forecasts
• Manage product information and workshops to fit local markets

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial process operations
• Experience in import, stock, and distributions
• Prior experience in sales or business development in the chemical field
• Effective communication skills
• Utilising capabilities in a matrix organisation
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
