アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

A multinational chemical organisation is searching for an Account Manager. The chosen candidate for this position will be handling an assigned client portfolio and market segments to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee regular sales planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Handle local distributors to optimise service levels to customers
• Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement to identify new business opportunities
• Support the development business strategies for local personal care industry
• Work with internal stakeholders in creating new products and applications
• Comply with company standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with management to achieve and surpass sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, polymer science, or engineering is preferred
• 10+ years of commercial experience in B2B business
• Ability to work autonomously or with a team
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Previous commercial experience in the personal care industry is preferred
• Proficient in English
