セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager

A European baking supplier is searching for a Sales Manager. The chosen applicant for this position will be working on implementing sales strategies with regard to the allocated budget for different markets.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve target profit by following the set business plan
• Build knowledge of various key segments such as biopharma, food and ingredients, renewable chemicals, etc. by participating in training
• Cultivate strong working relationships with key stakeholders
• Prepare monthly customer and service reports using SAP C4C
• Support marketing activities for different sites
• Coordinate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities
• Work closely with relevant teams to implement laboratory projects

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales in the life science or food industry
• Demonstrated experience in B2B technical product or ingredient sales
• Knowledgeable in biotech or fermentation trade
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Skilled in MS Office, SAP, and CRM
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Business level in Japanese and English (Korean proficiency is welcomed)
