An international manufacturing group is searching for an individual with a history of strong sales results. As the Stationary OEM Manager, you will manage a large account, building strong relationships across all customer functions and designing account plans that deliver consistent results.
- Build strong relationships across all customer functions including procurement, engineering, supply chain, plant operations, marketing and executive
- Administer supply contracts already in force in the territory and develop commercial approaches to extend contracts in the future
- Design and manage account plans that direct the overall account approach
- Operate a consistent and efficient sales pipeline and operating system (MOS)
- Gain basic technical competency in fluorocarbon product technology and on regulatory issues that impact customers in the territory
- 5-10 years’ outstanding sales results dealing with large, complex accounts
- Experience calling on long cycle customers (stationary OEMs or otherwise)
- History of managing a $10+ million territory with broad geographic coverage
- A growth oriented mindset
