A materials wholesale business is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join its team and take ownership of wide-ranging projects and tasks, from gaining a thorough understanding of the company’s products and keeping up to date on regulatory matters to handling customer inquiries and preparing product presentation materials.
- Demonstrate understanding of product(s) and production
- Visit customers with sales team to provide product explanations
- Respond to technical or regulatory inquiries from customers
- Communicate with head office or factories on technical or regulatory matters/inquiries; communicate with APAC regional team (R&D, regulatory)
- Prepare product presentation material including translation from English contents
- Business level English
- Ability to travel domestically and overseas
- Work flexibility (hours and location)
- Ability to train at regional offices and head office
