F&B 監査役/ F&B Auditor

An international certification and assurance company is seeking a Food & Beverage (F&B) Auditor. The selected candidate will lead and support F&B auditing, training, and certification projects while driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the growth of sales and service delivery in F&B certification and training services
• Provide technical advice and guidance to the sales team
• Deliver training and capacity-building services to clients
• Conduct third-party audits for food safety schemes and prepare audit reports
• Manage key customer relationships and stakeholder engagement
• Oversee team member qualifications in alignment with global compliance and technical standards
• Contribute to enterprise risk management initiatives
• Identify customer needs and generate leads for the sales team
• Lead projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery
• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Technology, or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the food and beverage industry, including third-party auditing
• Over 5 years of experience in the F&B sector across multiple food industries
• Qualified in schemes such as BRC Food, BRC Packaging, IFS, FSSC V5, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO22000:2018, GMP Plus, FAMI-QS, or Global Standard
• Proven leadership experience in project or team management, delivering excellent service
• Ability and willingness to travel across Japan and internationally
• Fluent level English and Japanese
