A top petroleum company is searching for a Regional Marketing Manager. This position will be responsible for developing product development strategies, collecting market intelligence, defining deployment plans, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Secure product funding, coordinate technology programs, and achieve product development targets
- Collect and analyse market intelligence
- Develop effective development plans for products
- Produce market communication plans, materials, and brand initiatives
- Develop and align pricing strategies for Japan-based customers while working with account and portfolio managers
Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales or marketing experience in the lubricant or additive business
- Solid knowledge of additive or lubricant market in Japan
- Project management experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written Japanese and English proficiency
