シニアTS&Dリーダー/ Senior TS&D Leader

A global chemical manufacturer is searching for a Senior TS&D Leader. The chosen candidate will be in charge of connecting with customers and cross-functional teams within the company to understand and balance innovation needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and leadership to the regional organisation team of scientists and technicians
• Manage all people processes for direct reports
• Actively participate in the key teams of the represented sub-markets
• Engage with operations, product directors, and quality to understand needs for 2nd source qualification
• Identify, champion and charter projects in support of strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Process R&D to commercialise new products
• Champion a strong safety & inclusion culture

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in a related technical field such as chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer science, materials science, or mechanical engineering
• Extensive R&D experience with a strong focus on functional excellence and people management
• Proven track record in process and project management, with tangible success in implementing business strategies and tactics
• Strong leadership skills in building and maintaining high-performance teams, change management, and removing barriers to progress
• Ability to influence across organisational and functional boundaries, with strong business acumen, networking, and communication skills
• Proficient in scientific methods, statistical analysis, decision-making, and modern research tools (DoE)
