プロセステクノロジーエンジニア/ Process Technology Engineer

A renowned chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Process Technology Engineer. The successful candidate will lead process development and optimisation projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and sustainability improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process development and scale-up efforts for new products, optimisations, and translations
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to develop and optimise manufacturing processes
• Provide cost estimates for products and processes, including capital costs
• Manage process safety, productivity, and quality improvement initiatives for silicone products
• Build a strong global network across Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams
• Conduct troubleshooting investigations and lead laboratory and pilot plant equipment projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering
• More than 3 years of industrial experience
• Prior experience in statistical data analysis and safety ethics
• Experience with DOE and Six Sigma methodologies is ideal
• Capable to work in chemical laboratories and plant environments
• Ability and willingness to travel overseas
• Proficient in verbal and written Japanese and English
