A multinational chemical company is searching for a Technical Service Manager. The selected applicant will be in charge of providing technical support to customers and solving quality issues from a technical perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers regarding the proper use and scope of application of our products
- Solve quality problems from a technical perspective, working closely with the sales team
- Lead communication with QA or QC members at the production base
- Ensure compliance with various laws and regulations related to cosmetics
- Introduce our products to customers and distributors from a technical point of view
- Conduct technical seminars, training agencies, and technical discussions with customers
Requirements:
- Master's degree or above in chemistry, materials science, biochemistry, pharmacy, biology, or related field
- 5-8 years of work experience in the personal care industry
- Technical knowledge of cosmetic raw materials
- Basic knowledge of Japan's cosmetics-related laws and regulations, including the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act
- Experience in cosmetics development and regulatory affairs is a plus
- Experience as a supplier in the cosmetics raw material industry is ideal
- Proficient in written and verbal English
