A multinational manufacturing organization is searching for a Customer Technical Service Manager. The person who enters the role will be responsible for providing technical and equipment information to the region.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and handle claims
- Identify growth opportunities and support new customer onboarding
- Drive customer growth
- Provide input on new products to customers
- Conduct travel within the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in Asia
- Familiarity in pulp production
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab, and database management proficiency
- Fluent level Japanese
