事業開発マネージャー/ Business Development Manager

A Business Development Manager position is now available at a global chemical organisation. The chosen candidate will manage various accounts within a strategic business unit. This is a Tokyo-based role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new opportunities through effective lead management
• Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key department
• Manage incoming leads from existing or new accounts
• Discover customer needs and convert them into revenue
• Assist in SMAs by researching market trends
• Maintain accurate records of progress, issues, and requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s is ideal)
• Practical experience as a business development manager or in a related role
• Skilled in MS Office Suite (MS Dynamics CRM is a plus)
• Prior experience in the automotive or e-mobility field is preferred
• Experience in chemicals, polymers or sales of films, or injection moulded components is desired
• Proficient in Japanese and English
