ビジネスマネージャー/ Business Manager

A leading international chemical manufacturer is seeking a Business Manager. The selected candidate will lead the sales team, manage strategic regional accounts, and execute business initiatives to differentiate the company within target markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for Japan and Korea across existing and new markets
• Drive growth for strategic regional accounts by building relationships with key contacts and leveraging global resources
• Establish and manage effective distribution networks to cover major market segments and ensure partner performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and logistics, to manage the end-to-end customer experience
• Build and develop a high-performing sales team with a growth mindset while ensuring discipline and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business analysis
• Experience in commercial development including value chain and customer needs analysis
• Demonstrated leadership, team facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation and business team environment
• Possess a valid qualification in business, marketing, chemistry, or chemical engineering
• Ability and willingness to travel 40-50%
• Professional level English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in people management and distribution or channel management
• Experience in the coating industry and market segments such as New Energy, Automotive, Electronics, or Packaging
