グローバルOEMマネージャー/ Global OEM Manager

A global energy company is seeking a Global OEM Manager. The selected candidate will build and strengthen partnerships with OEMs and industry associations to shape future specifications and guide product development strategies

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEMs and industry organisations
• Influence future specifications to align with company goals and market direction
• Consolidate market and technical information to identify trends and guide new product development
• Lead and collaborate with large, diverse global teams across multiple functions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and technical teams
• Represent the company in industry associations and events to enhance market presence
• Contribute to the ongoing development of OEM strategy in collaboration with other teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in the automotive or lubrication industry
• Extensive knowledge of lubrication, engine or driveline technology, and industry trends
• Project management experience with strong leadership in global team environments
• Proven ability to build relationships with OEMs and industry associations
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in English; German, French, or Chinese is a plus
