人事/ HR Head

An international logistics provider is looking for an HR Head. The selected applicant will be responsible for the overall management of People & Organisation systems and practices. This is a hybrid setup position.

Responsibilities:

• Drive harmonised local P&O processes aligned with regional and global guidelines while fostering company culture and meeting local requirements
• Support and ensure the implementation of P&O strategy, processes, programs, tools, and systems at the country level
• Translate and establish the country P&O strategy and actively manage its implementation in daily operations
• Contribute to positive organisational and cultural development within the country organisation
• Support and develop managers across the organisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience as a department head in HR functions
• Experience as HR generalist
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese; business level English
