ピープルパートナーマネージャー/ People Partner Manager

An international logistics company is looking for a People Partner Manager. The selected candidate will oversee People Operations, ensure compliance, and drive initiatives to support employee experience and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the People Partner Japan team and manage daily People operations
• Guide managers on recruitment, employee relations, training, development, and compensation
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and update policies as needed
• Implement global and regional People initiatives, adapting to local requirements
• Support employee engagement activities and report updates to regional and global teams
• Oversee safety, employee hotline, emergency management, and sustainability activities
• Manage recruitment processes with HR Specialist support
• Oversee HR systems and full employee lifecycle processes to improve employee experience
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Ensure accurate payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources or related field
• More than 7 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in leadership and people management
• Proficient in Japanese employment laws and regulations
• Skilled in coaching and problem-solving with practical solutions
• Proficient in written and verbal English
