P&O タレントマネージャー/ P&O Talent Manager

A global food manufacturing company is seeking a People & Organisation Talent Manager. The selected candidate will lead talent strategy, organisational development, and key people programs across the business. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the talent agenda by leading talent management, succession planning, and development initiatives
• Shape organisational development through engagement, design, transformation, and change management
• Oversee talent acquisition strategy, improving sourcing, process design, agency partnerships, and hiring capability
• Enhance learning and development programs, localise global initiatives, and manage surveys and follow-through
• Manage associate relations cases, provide coaching, and support global project implementation locally
• Strengthen partnerships with functional leaders to advance organisational priorities and drive effective ways of working

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in team and project management
• Prior experience in working as an HR Business Partner with functional teams or business units
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development related field (preferred to have both experiences)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level written and spoken English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in working with Region/Global team
• Prior experience in developing people and team
