A global semiconductor company is seeking a Director, Japan HR Operations. The selected candidate will lead HR transformation and drive operational excellence through innovation and digitalisation.

Responsibilities:

• Shape HR operations strategy that aligns with global business and people goals
• Lead initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability of HR services
• Drive automation, digitisation, and process optimisation across HR functions
• Utilise analytics to guide decision-making and anticipate organisational trends
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistent service delivery
• Build transformation programs that improve employee experience and operational resilience

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in an HR operations or shared services team
• Knowledge with Japanese HR policies and procedures
• Familiarity with HR technology ecosystems (e.g., SuccessFactors), data governance, and service delivery excellence
• Possess valid Lean Six Sigma, business process, project management, or change management certifications
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
