人事シニアマネージャー/ HR Senior Manager
A global FMCG company is seeking an HR Employee Engagement, Internal Communications & CSR Senior Manager. The selected candidate will lead engagement, communication, and CSR initiatives to foster a strong organisational culture and enhance the employee experience. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to promote transparency and alignment
- Craft clear and consistent messages across multiple channels, such as intranet and town halls
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to strengthen connection and belonging
- Develop and manage employee recognition programs and conduct engagement surveys
- Lead CSR initiatives, including DE&I programs aligned with company values and global goals
- Partner with regional teams to localise and execute CSR programs and internal campaigns
- Manage stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and communication initiatives
- Create and execute strategies that foster collaboration and a unified workforce
- Oversee content creation and management for internal channels
- Plan and execute internal events, managing vendors and logistics
- Lead internal communication during change or crisis situations
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- More than 8 years of experience in employee communications, CSR, or related roles
- Good understanding of FMCG, alcohol, or luxury industries and experience in multinational environments
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and communication platforms
- Skilled in change management and leadership
- Passion for sustainability, DE&I, and corporate culture development
- Business level Japanese and English
