HRジェネラリスト/ HR Generalist

A global investment bank is looking for an HR Generalist. The selected candidate will partner with the business to deliver HR projects and core people programmes, manage stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to plan and deliver HR projects aligned to the service catalogue
• Lead delivery of cyclical and non-cyclical HR activities including organisational design, talent reviews, D&I, promotions, pay rounds and succession planning
• Project-manage initiatives, track progress, identify risks and implement mitigations
• Conduct project implementation reviews and drive improvements from stakeholder feedback
• Build and manage relationships with HR Business Partners and senior leaders using business insight to support delivery
• Manage risk, strengthen controls and embed new policies and procedures across the team

Requirements:

• Understanding of employment laws, tax, and pay structures in Japan is ideal
• Excellent in influencing, communication, and negotiation skills
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Proficient in written and spoken English; native level Japanese
