人事マネージャー/ HR Manager

An international automotive technology company is looking for an HR Manager. The selected candidate will oversee HR operations, talent development, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Advise management on HR strategies in coordination with the HR Director
• Execute staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives
• Support people development processes, including performance reviews and career planning
• Develop and coordinate annual training plans and manage training budgets
• Oversee HR operations, including employee relations and compliance with health and safety policies
• Manage industrial relations and ensure adherence to corporate HR policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in an HR function within an industrial or international company
• Experience in plant HR operations
• Knowledge of payroll and labour law in Japan
• Familiarity with HR information or payroll systems
• Business level English and Japanese
