A renowned automotive solutions company is looking for an HR Specialist. The selected candidate will handle payroll, personnel costs, benefits administration, and HR database management. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll and validate calculations for 160 employees
• Prepare accounting data related to payroll
• Manage personnel costs, HC performance, and related inquiries
• Oversee time and attendance records and expatriate tax filings
• Maintain HR databases, employee records, and company policies
• Support recruitment, benefits administration, and temp staff contracts

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of payroll experience
• More than 3 years of experience in social insurance administrative procedures
• Understanding of withholding income tax
• Familiarity with the Labor Standards Act and relevant laws
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 720+)
