人事マネージャー/ HR Manager

An international healthcare solutions company is seeking an HR Manager. The selected candidate will lead and execute HR strategies, oversee recruitment, and support organisational development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate and business goals
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities using Workday and TALEO
• Manage HR policies, employee relations, and labour compliance
• Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and onboarding processes
• Organise and support training programs and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HRIS data, ensure audit readiness, and generate HR reports

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of HR experience within a multinational company in a generalist role
• Skilled in Workday, TALEO, employee relations, and HR compliance
• Knowledge of labour laws
• Ability and willingness to collaborate across functions and lead initiatives
