HRマネージャー/ HR Manager

A renowned travel management company is looking for a Human Resources Manager. The selected candidate will develop HR strategies, lead recruitment efforts, and foster an engaging company culture. This is a hybrid setup and direct contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Establish and refine policies on performance management and employee engagement
• Advise leadership on HR best practices, compliance, and workforce planning
• Promote diversity and employee well-being through an inclusive company culture
• Manage employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labour laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proven HR experience in a leadership role is ideal
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Experience in a startup or international environment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations
• Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
