An international electronics manufacturer is searching for an HR Manager. The chosen applicant will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by overseeing all aspects of HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Familiarise yourself with local labour laws to ensure compliance
• Develop and execute the HR strategy for the Japan office in alignment with the global HR framework
• Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Champion initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being
• Manage GA related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• More than 8 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience as an HR Leader in multinational companies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive HR initiatives
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills
• Proficient in English and Japanese
