A global financial services company is searching for an Associate, People Team. The selected applicant will handle the implementation and monitoring of various activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor assigned activity or processing area
• Provide proactive customer service to clients
• Monitor workflow at each step and ensure completion and required approvals are in place
• Develop reports for senior professionals and management on process interruptions and inefficiencies
• Serve as an escalation point for the People Solution Centre (HR Contact Centre)
• Help management to develop and standardize people solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• More than 5 years of professional experience with People (HR) Operations is preferred
• Experience and knowledge in payroll and social insurance administration
• Native level Japanese; business level English
