人事ジェネラリスト/ Human Resources Generalist

A multinational investment management firm is seeking a Human Resources Generalist. The selected candidate will manage employee relations, oversee HR training, and ensure compliance with employment policies. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and handle various employment matters, including performance management, complaints, and investigations
• Ensure compliance with employment policies and provide guidance to managers on personnel practices
• Serve as the primary onsite HR resource for employee questions and grievances
• Develop and lead various employment-related training programs
• Maintain and audit HR documentation, including personnel and Right to Work records
• Manage termination processes, including exit interviews and legal coordination
• Support employee initiatives such as benefits programs and new employee orientation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• More than 3 years of Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of Japanese employment laws, including benefits, payroll, and compliance
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
