HRマネージャー/ HR Manager

A global hospitality company is seeking an Operations HR Manager. The chosen candidate will align HR initiatives across the region, support hotel HR teams, and implement strategic people programs to drive organisational success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver HR priorities to support business and HR agendas in a complex, dynamic market
• Lead monthly hotel HR communication calls in collaboration with the Senior HR Director and Centres of Excellence (COE)
• Plan and align the annual hotel HR calendar with global and local initiatives
• Embed global and regional HR tools and solutions across managed hotels to maximise performance
• Support HR leadership and employees through cultural and business transformations
• Oversee country-specific HR guidelines and processes for managed hotels
• Partner with other hotels HR team to ensure successful openings in the region
• Drive the talent agenda in collaboration with the Talent COE

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Human Resources
• More than 5 years of experience in hospitality HR or operational roles
• Experience in regional roles across diverse cultures and markets
• Expertise in Employee Relations and local HR practices in Japan
• Background in service-related industries such as retail or hospitality
• Proven leadership and business partnering skills in a global matrix organisation
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
