A global industrial solutions company is seeking an HR Group Leader for People and Organisational Development. The successful candidate will lead people development initiatives and drive diversity and inclusion efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Execute internal communication strategies in alignment with company management
- Lead people development processes, including assessments, job rotations, succession planning, and career planning
- Analyse training needs, support the creation of individual development plans, and organise training courses
- Maintain organisational documents such as policies, announcements, and job descriptions
- Enhance employee satisfaction by managing change projects and company events
- Oversee Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and ensure ESG compliance
- Manage social media activities to boost company reputation internally and externally
- Coordinate recruiting and new hire integration processes with relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources management, organisational development, business administration, or legal
- Experience in HR within multinational companies
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English
