An international semiconductor manufacturer is looking for an HR Specialist. The selected applicant will be in charge of handling various duties of human resources including talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of human resources such as payroll and benefits, onboarding and offboarding administration, social insurance, HRIS transaction, and employee file management
- Manage outsource vendors for various HR functions such as talent acquisition and visa processing
- Monitor HR practices to ensure consistency and compliance with policies and local legislation
- Work closely with HQ HR manager to implement annual HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources or business administration
- Work experience as a regional HR manager or similar position
- Knowledge of Japanese local labour regulations
- Practical experience in multinational companies is a plus
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English (Mandarin is advantageous)
