A global industrial machinery manufacturer is searching for a Specialist HR & General Affairs. The chosen candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, L&D, and compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits
- Handle employee onboarding & offboarding processes
- Maintain and manage HR regulations, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Administer medical and other insurance as per Company policy
- Provide admin support on office supplies, visa, and work permit
- Prepare monthly HR reports for management
- Manage the IT documents and support to run the company’s procedure
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR management or business administration-related
- Strong HR professional knowledge of overall modules
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Native level Japanese (C2+); upper-intermediate level English (B2+)
