An international investment management company is looking for a People Generalist. The selected candidate will utilise IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Establish HR infrastructure and compliant practices
- Guide on workplace issues to management and employees
- Manage transactional HR tasks including benefits and payroll
- Support executive functions for executive meetings
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Promote interdepartmental collaboration for workflow optimisation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
- 5-8 years of professional experience
- Experience in payroll operations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of HRIS system (PeopleSoft is ideal)
- Understanding of local labour statutory regulations
- Fluent level verbal and written English
