An international medical devices company is looking for an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing or supporting HR initiatives, working closely with business operations to resolve HR issues according to HRBP.
Responsibilities:
- Manage organisational and workforce data
- Support talent acquisition and recruitment
- Conduct exit interviews, analyse data, and provide feedback
- Lead change management initiatives with client group leaders
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to meet client group needs
- Coach management on morale, performance, and organisation effectiveness
- Present and facilitate workforce development programs
- Manage investigations of complaints and concerns
- Participate in cross-organisational projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in corporate HR or HR consulting
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; business level English
