A global research services company is looking for an HR Generalist. The selected candidate will support end-to-end hiring needs, build strong relationships with leadership, and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers
- Support end-to-end hiring needs in collaboration with APAC TA Specialist
- Provide smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Handle immigration and global mobility queries
- Engage with universities to build an early careers network
- Oversee local talent management, payroll, and benefits
- Manage relationships with P&C vendors
- Report on P&C and TA KPIs
- Coordinate payroll activities with Finance and APAC Payroll Manager
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local employment laws
- Collaborate with other offices and P&C teams to share knowledge
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR services
- Experience in HR or recruitment within the Japanese market
- Prior experience in a professional services company is preferred
- Possess valid HR qualifications is ideal
- Fluent level English and Japanese (JLPT N1)
