A global investment management firm is seeking a General Affairs & Human Resources Manager. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with local regulations and respond to global initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office management and ensure a safe and hygienic working environment
- Coordinate IT security matters with global and local teams, and run the local IT Security Committee
- Manage workplace and IT-related issues
- Monitor office supply expenses
- Organise Board of Director’s meetings and provide related General Affairs information
- Administer payroll, benefits, and regulatory reports
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, update employment contracts
- Maintain company work rules and handle the DC plan contributions
- Oversee employee leave records and ensure compliance with legal frameworks
- Organise annual health checks and handle grievances in collaboration with global HR
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of experience in HR and office administration
- Proven experience in creating and modifying company rules
- Knowledge of HR rules such as taxes, social insurances, and labour laws
- Experience in the asset management industry, especially with international firms, preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Advanced level written and verbal English
