A renowned biotechnology company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day HR functions, from hiring to payroll processing and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact with the outsourced company and resolve issues
- Execute complex HR processes ensuring high-quality data management
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Manage updates in the HR system (WorkDay)
- Maintain personnel records and ensure confidentiality
- Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Conduct new hire orientations and manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Manage termination processes and conduct exit interviews
- Maintain company directory and organizational charts
- Support HR projects, from preparation to go-live
- Maintain insurance coverage for employees and ensure data is up-to-date
- Order materials like uniforms and welcome kits
- Handle expatriate administration duties like work permit renewals
- Administer and track annual dialogues
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and forms
- Make operational decisions on behalf of the HRBP
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of HR Generalist experience in HR Operations and or Payroll
- Practical experience with Workday as HRIS system
- Experience in being a project team member of a large-scale project
- Professional competence, special knowledge (e.g., languages, IT)
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Able to prioritise and work with minimum supervision and deliver under tight deadlines
- Proficient in verbal and written English
