A global water products company is looking for an HR Manager. The selected candidate will lead HR initiatives, aligning global corporate objectives with the Japanese market.
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR strategies aligned with global corporate vision while catering to Japanese market needs
- Lead talent acquisition processes and manage global mobility
- Foster cultural integration and promote an inclusive, diverse work environment
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Japanese labour laws
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Standardise compensation and benefits packages with global HR teams
- Collaborate with global HR teams and ensure effective communication between Japan and global headquarters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in an HRBP role in a global corporate setting
- Proven experience in recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and talent development
- Knowledge of Japanese labour laws
- Experience in a large international corporation is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems
- Fluent level Japanese and English
