A renowned orthodontic technology company is looking for an HR Director. The selected candidate will lead HR initiatives, drive organisational effectiveness, and support business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team supporting Commercial and Treat Operation teams, guiding HR solutions
- Develop HR strategies to support business goals and translate them into workforce plans
- Create and implement strategic HR plans to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Facilitate organisational diagnostics and drive organisational effectiveness through talent management
- Guide business leaders through transformation efforts and drive organisational development strategies
- Develop a high-performance culture and ensure effective performance management processes
- Enhance organisational culture and employee engagement, providing interventions like coaching and team building
- Implement talent management processes and develop talent pipelines
- Ensure focus on organisational design, leadership capabilities, hiring, onboarding, and talent management
- Participate in proactive projects to achieve departmental and company goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or related field
- More than 15 years of related HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience influencing without authority in a matrixed organisation
- Familiarity with Workday and knowledgeable in local employment law
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in verbal and written English
