A renowned rail systems company is looking for a Human Resources and General Affairs General Manager. The selected candidate will oversee multiple departments to ensure efficient operations and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Define department targets and strategy in line with company mission, vision, and values
- Implement and achieve set targets and strategy
- Manage and lead Human Resources, Personal Assistant to MD and General Affairs, Process Management, and IT groups
- Oversee organisation and personal development of the mentioned groups
- Define job descriptions for direct and indirect staff positions
- Implement SDII for direct staff and ensure compliance via Managers
- Control the budget for the related groups
Requirements:
- General knowledge of company governance (HR, GA, etc.)
- Understanding of Japanese laws and regulations relevant to tasks
- Knowledge of KB processes and the rail industry
- Background in KB IT systems
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in Japanese and English
