HRマネージャー/ HR Manager

An HR Manager position is now available at an international beverage retailer. The candidate chosen for this role will providing guidance on various HR operations such as recruiting, training, talent development, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development the country HR strategy
• Design and execute relevant programs, systems, and tools
• Implement key people programs within the assigned market
• Deliver a positive employee experience during onboarding and offboarding
• Ensure employment regulations in Japan are followed
• Organise leadership development and employee workshops

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in HR
• 5+ years of managerial experience at a multinational company
• Extensive knowledge in key HR service functions like benefits, workers’ comp, payroll, or employee relations
• Expertise in local labour laws
• Proven success in deploying HR policies and strategies
• Written and spoken English proficiency
