シニアHRアソシエイト/ Senior HR Associate

An international leader that provides healthcare products is looking for a Senior HR associate to join their team in Tokyo. This position will be working on all strategic HR activities within the local business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in all HR operations including hiring, payroll, talent management, etc.
• Handle the maintenance of updated HR records
• Ensure the compliance of all HR activities with legal and corporate policies
• Assist with organisational development activities to maintain strong working relationships among workers
• Support the HR leaders with the execution of HR strategies
• Attend local and global HR projects as a country representative

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience
• Experience in payroll vendor management, policy revision, and workday administration
• Understanding of local employment law and withholding tax
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in audit management and pension administration is preferred
• Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
